Not sure... I own four adsense-enhanced websites/blogs and sometimes I think I'm credited for several clicks from a single user. But as the stats are a bit delayed, there's no way to be 100% certain.
Anyway, we shouldn't spam the clicks, for sure.

Well the price of Bitcoins when I started this website was at $200 but it crossed $300 yesterday hence I had to reduce the payout because the site still makes ad revenue in fiat.
