first of all i have to say that i am really impressed by the whitepaper of the company.  BitEsprit is at a first glance sying that its the "all-in-one" solution for altcoin trading and his highlighting 8 problems to get solved. The foor me most tension thing are the altcoin to fiat trading function and the copy trade function which enables users to follow more experienced traders which are investing real money for their trades. Especially this feature is getting my intention, because all of you know the problem that altcoin trading could be a lot of fun, but especially in these times where we have 10 or more ICOs a week it is nearly impossible to separate the good ones from the bad ones (or even the scams). This is just possible for people investing 100% of their time to cryptocurrencies, and all of us are today able to get these people known through the socia media channels.

The last feature which is very important to get satisfied users is the 24/7/365 user support. Everybody who is actively trading knows the problem how worse it could be if u make a transaction which didn´t arrive, u write a ticket and for days nothing happens. Me worst expericence was an exchange i waited 1 1/2 for a transaction to get fulfilled, even the case was very clear (the tx wasn´t broadcastet from the exchange).
