Yes, his words may sound convincing and re assuring that bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency but there are so many forces in the crypto market. Those other forces would still influence prices positively or negatively.
I agree with this one. There are lots of intrinsic and extrinsic forces that plays in the market, thus affecting the price and value of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. However, there are some good altcoins, too. And we have to remember that most of these altcoins were developed for a theoretical purpose and wasn't developed just so they can replace bitcoin. I think everyone is well aware of the fact that bitcoin is unstoppable and irreplaceable.
Soon, altcoins that developed will not be appreciated. Eventhough there some existing altcoins who had a better blockchain technology than bitcoin still they will be nulled someday.
As for the fiat money, no, it will not vanish; it will not disappear. Not all countries int he world is as progressive and advance as others to depend on blockchain. Unless the Third World countries in the world breaks the barrier of being a third world and meet the most advanced countries halfway, fiat will never lose its value.
Right now, but in the future it may change. The perspective of having a single and digital currency may occur not now but it may be someday. Future dictates for the development lf currency and we can't deny that our life today will never change by the next generation.
