With 70% intraday pump and 1.6bn volume it is not impossible that ivanov already covered the 400m short. 7 zone is multi cycle resistance level since 2017.

If the short is already covered then waves will dump below 50 cents and the double top case is abandoned, top is then 14-24.8 maybe some over extension if the top was not 7.65 today seems unlikely but tomorrow ivanov gains 400m usdn through vires transfer so it will be a wild day USDN depeg maybe 4-5:1 and in that case it is over for waves in this cycle.

Below 50 cents is factored but only in peak bear it was not expected yet although with these variables it can happen quicker. such as 400m short covered and stable coin regulation/usdn depeg.

Remember, if the 400m short is consumed the war chest is probably more than 1 billion excluding 400m usdn. It will not be a LUNA situation, they have too much central command both technically and economically.

Investor confidence is also gone so even if waves pumps to regain USDN backing it is not sustainable and they wont repay 400m tomorrow because there will be a bank run. This already happened on smaller scale with WUSD. It is their business model. Swindlers.

10.45 is valid top with 150% intraday pump on 400m squeeze and 2 bn volume. It can still manage 30-40 USD, easy 20-25. But the risk reward is not good at 8.3, lots of multi year downside to 10 cent if the billion dollar short continues. Only buy as much waves as you really use and need and save the rest for catastrophic sub 80 cent dump.

If this was Ivanov or buddies with the 400m short which is now covered they have billions in profit from -95% dump plus the extra 500 million USDN. They can do anything they want with waves from this point such as 10 cent dumping. In bear market no one will try and liquidate such a huge short except WSB.

It is possible to turn around the situation but in this bear market it will not be profitable so the short will continue question is from what price level. So 2 year bear -90 to -99% and then if all goes well triple digit 2025/26.

The second option is by rerouting income into the neutrino protocol which they are attempting. In combination with staking the 400m USDN instead of liquidating it and using revenue to stabilize the network. I don't think it will work but it has never been tested so who knows. The organic revenue flow is thousand of times lower than ponzi apr that is being touted to lure investors and rob them.
