Gigabyte 1070 8GB,settings:PL 70%,GPU clock:130,MEM.500

mined 3.5 - 4 RVN per hour.
4 RVN per hour is the maximum I can pull out with these cards?

Which miner? Z-Enemy 1.22?
According to whattomine you are doing a lot better than 3X1060 and 3X1070.
Different miners have different OC settings. Enemy doesn't need the Mem,
