Maybe they made it to see the interest of investors buying their coins at the time of sale starting at a cheaper price and safer to buy.

If this project has own blockchain, then the ecosystem within this project will be better maintained. also, now a days we found so many problems on Ethereum network. so having own blockchain is the right choice (IMHO) Wink

From what I see in the explorer, mining began 11 days ago. For Capital Technologies project, starting this own blockchain is very good. Good Luck!

Yes they are fixed and will be fixed after swapping to its blockchain no other coin will be minted. Developers won't mint any new coin/tokens, instead they will enable mining and everybody will get a chance to mine their coins without buying from developers or from exchanges
