Thanks for the question. Coolomat Market will be a service provider, not a grocer. Meaning that with every seller, supplier, (eco)farmer there will be a service contract under which this responsibilty is on the seller side. Offcourse in almost all countries there is some kind of regulation and legislation for such sellers in general. We will check such pre-reqirements before allowing new sellers offering products on the platform.
As to the blockchain part - an additional layer of rating system will be implemented - empowering the community/consumers to decide:
The sellers will be able to request reviews from their buyers and pay for this with CMK tokens. The seller will offcourse need to take into account that some customers might be negative towards them. But if the seller knows his products are of high quality such cases will not occur. The buyer will be even paid for such product review. The sellers with many positive reviews will ofcourse be higher ranked by the community, while bad products and sellers will probably get excluded by the consumers. Special smart contracts will take care of transparency and indelible record keeping.
But, in general Coolomat Market is a bypass for current bigger grocery retailer model, enabling the sellers and buyers to decide on many matters regarding the products. The whole ecosystem solves also many logistic challenges currently not yet solved in this manner.
