Your strategy in buying everytime it dumps is a bit risky but still you'll benefit from it in the long run.

just a little time to buy. otherwise it is looking for an opportunity. because when the price goes down, it will not definitely rise to the starting price, but there is a chance to go up and about 2-10%. you buy at 17000 $ and it turns down to 14000 $ and down again to 6000 $. the right time to buy is 6000 $ because 14000 $ and 17000 $ is a chance. so becareful.

Buy it when you can afford to buy it, anytime is good because the long term trend is going up so just get in at any opportunity. Ideally during the bear market (i.e now), but buying at the top just means more patience is needed for higher returns.

You can only buy bitcoin when the price is go down for you to save money. Bitcoin is a great transaction where able many people to think first before go on what they wanted. For me low market price is the best time to buy or invest. For example those who invest on March which the price falls to 6k$ then now that it went up to 9k $ mark then the profit that they gain is more than 30% in one month time.
