With this coin to really take off it requires something which will offer you the people purchasing it. In my opinion Paccoin's value is based on its incredible staking. There is the value in the coin, even if the price goes down, your value goes up faster. Therefore when the price goes down its mitigated by the amount of coins you have. On the flipside when the value goes up, you gain much more.
