    Quote from: Bitzamp
Dr Craig Wright, one of the prominent theoretical proponents of crypto coins, has been involved in another scandal, this time, plagiarizing a mathematical proof to support his theory on mining.

In July 2017, Craig Wright published “The fallacy of selfish mining: a mathematical criticism” to show the proposed changes in Bitcoin was not necessary and could be detrimental to the security of the currency.

The alleged instability of plagiarism was discovered for the first time by Bitcoin Unlimited chief scientist, Peter R. Rizun, who has been a vocal rival of Wright for some time.
The discovery of a plagiarized text in Wright’s latest articles is just another addition to a series of claims that have amused, and angered the crypto community. Dr. Wright’s infamy began with untested claims that he is Satoshi Nakamoto, the pseudonymous creator of Bitcoin.

The plagiarism accusation and the backlash on Reddit happens just days after Vitalik Buterin called Dr Wright a fraud during the Deconomy blockchain and fintech event.

At present, the document in question is demolished and not available on SSRN. In his defense, Mr. Wright stated that the document was still in draft form, which is why it lacked proper citation and attribution.

Oops! The bitcoin creator seems to undergo at the investigation right now. I believe in Craig much but I don't believe that he is the person behind Satoshi Nakamoto. After the attempts of Mr. Craig Wright to become Satoshi Nakamoto, he plagiarized the works of other people. In this scenery, Do you think Mr. Craig Wright is the real Nakamoto?
