I already mentioned it here before. And yes, it's likely that they will come back here because there's an active contest in the Games and Rounds section managed by Hhampuz. Just like I said before, it's not impossible for them to run a signature campaign here on Bitcointalk again. This is my 1st ever online casino and it because of btcointalk, I discovered cloudbet here in bitcointalk way back 2015 I tried cloudbet and never had an issue with cloudbet them.

It's funny that they were the first casino I created an account with and they've been active for over 7 years in this casino market, but even so I don't see them making any major progress, at least I'm talking about being active here on the forum and having some signature campaign regularly or sponsoring some league or some MMA or boxing athlete. They have a different way of doing things when compared to other casinos. Anyway, I think the casino I use is the best option, I'm not going to be in this thread and mention which casino I use because I'm in the Cloudbet thread, but I think that Cloudbet, being a casino that's been active for over 10 years, should strive to be at the top of this market.

Tried to seek information on where Cloudbet doing marketing or promotion but it seems they don't have any of it running. Since if you look at their social media channels also telegram there's no activities happening there.

Maybe they just let their casino running automatically and just wait for their old gamblers to go back here then gamble. Maybe they are still doing good and sustainable since if they didn't get much profit or traffics maybe we can see them running a promotion here. So far we can see that they are doing good since recently there's no much accusation against them so provably that they are running good right now and people going here still satisfied with their casino. Hopefully we cannot see them fall since it always good to see those old casino continue operating. Although to bad their activities in forum became more lesser but let see if they came back here then launch something exciting to energize their community here.

Even if they are not selective scamming their customers, there are a series of complaints. They should post here regularly challenging any complaints made against them but they are not using the opportunity. Their last post was in January 2022 therefore it is safe to assume they will not use this forum as a means to engage with members.

Keeping that aside, if their UI is below par and they are not keeping up with competitors then clearly they are on a gradual decline while others are not facing that problem.

I see some of you are asking questions about Cloudbet's legitimacy. While I have not played with them recently but even the last time I placed bets with them, I had no problem at all. It sounds funny when some of you are forcefully suggesting others that they need to be active in the forum in order to clear your doubts. Bitcointalk is not a part of life for many. People have real things to look after in real life and in business people make decisions that is beneficial for their business.

I visited the site before making this post and I will have to say, it's a totally new interface, much cooler.

Why do you just assume? Have they told you that it will take 6 months for the investigation to be complete? Why don't you be patients for some few days before you can complain?

I am glad that your issue got resolved and you got all your winnings. This underlines why we sometimes need to be a little patient while the team behind the casino finish up with the background checks.

Cloudbet used to be so excellent but in the recent times with no representative here, they have been a little slow in reacting to issues, but they do deliver at the end of the day on one waits.

I have never actually tried out any of the casino telegram but just signed up, and they credited me with 10K DOGs lol. However, people need to know the full terms and conditions. One has to turn the 10K DOGS to 100K to be able to with draw them. Anyway, there's nothing to lose. Just fun!

That means you have to multiply your free dogs by 10. You can't withdraw it if it is below 100,000 dogs? I've had an account on Cloudbet since 2018, but unfortunately, they didn't give free dogs tokens to old users. Hopefully, they'll have a promo like this or something similar to encourage old users to play on their platform again. Months ago, they held a slot multiplier contest here on Bitcointalk (games and rounds board), but it was never followed up with another one. I guess they're focus now on telegram.
