    Do you have any estimation of enabling back ACED deposits withdrawals?

    I deposited ACED on your exchange few days ago, when the deposit was still enabled, but the coins never arrived. Then, the next day, the deposits were disabled. It's possible this is due to recent ACED wallet update. If this is the case, this should have been a quick fix.

    We did not get any info regarding Aced update from dev team. However, we will connect to them now. Pls inform AceD team to connect to us regarding wallet upgrade, we can look to fix this quickly

    hello I am new to escodex.  I purchased SUQA then put a sell order in.  I now want to cancel the sell order but it says that i have insufficient bts funds.  Why do I have a fee to cancel a unfulfilled order and how to I need to fund it..  What is bts?

    We follow the fee protocol of Bitshares, you can pay txn fees in any coin. BTS is bitshares. I hope you are able to cancel by now.

    it wont allows you to send your crpto outside the escodex. i mean it wont allow you to transfer or withdraw your crypto to other wallets.
    then what is the point of using this exchange. it allows to send to other escodex wallet. we have to just circling inside the escodex.

    Sir please help me by guiding how to withdraw beldex from escodex to gcchub beldex wallet.
    When i enter gcchub's bdx address it displays invalid address please enter ESCODEX.BDX address.
    I dont know how to withdraw.
