It is a big deal directionally if true but I would caution against too much near term expectation for a price rise

Some folks do have enough btc but what is key is if one can part buy using fiat and btc

Helps promote btc usage in real estate but in a realistic way

China's national TV CCTV1 gives some free advertisement on Bitcoin, so people are making news on it. No one has actually purchased a house with Bitcoin so far.

The wallets of the folks in China can get very ...............very ......................very deep.

I would not be the least bit surprised if quite a few of them have quite a bit of BTC ..............

Anyone who has been to Asia knows that residents there can very often have more money than god.

Love love love reading what Chinese wealth is getting into. One of my favorite things to discuss is what the Chinese are doing especially in a town like Vegas. Just ask a sales associate in any nice store and you'll hear some amazing stories about the Chinese coming in.

The real estate developer is a subsidiary of one of China's largest online entertainment company, they have stated that they adopt BTC mainly for two purposes: (1). they want to show that unlike other real estate developers, they have roots in the internet and is kind of young and cool; (2) their mother company have experiences with the payment industry, so they want to explore a bit more about BTC in that aspect.
