Are you implying that "they" own most of the Bitcoin supply? Because as far as im concerned, the biggest whales aren't part of the so called Illuminati. Satoshi has a lot of coins, but there are groups of people which have bigger sums than Satoshi's stack. Overall I don't see how they benefit from it, unless they have amassed a sum enough to be the top holders of Bitcoin and somehow are aware of that, which I don't see how since no one knows how much the next guy has.

I believe that Quebec Chief Scientist is true, because bitcoin transactions now a days is through wallets and if you're going to make a wallet for bitcoin you need to sign up with your valid ID's so its very hard for people to transact without giving their information. So on what Escobar said on his book that Satoshi Nakamoto approach him, maybe all of the new cryptocurrency that popping out everywhere right now must be approach by
Satoshi itself, or many big company would hire Satoshi to make a cryptocurrency for them without knowing us people, well its just a thoughts.

I don't understand what's with Bitcoin and crashing the economy. I don't think any government officials would allow the economy of a certain country to be destroyed I mean are they planning to manipulate everyone around the world using cryptocurrencies and stop the use of fiat currencies? That's too much of them to do and that's hard to plan out. There is no validity or proof that this story is even true, so you'd be the judge.

As for your description in the OP, I just would like to say if the reason behind Bitcoin is really to crash the global economy don't you think there a lot of shortcuts to make it easier? You remember the 2008 crisis, and the one about 1929, both are a good example and it's just a sample that what could happen. Bitcoin didn't exist during both periods.
