Boeing Will Use Blockchain Tech to Track Unmanned Air Vehicles

Aerospace giant Boeing has announced its intention to tap blockchain technology to keep an eye on unmanned air vehicles used for cargo transport and urban air travel in the future.

Boeing is partnering with artificial intelligence (AI) firm SparkCognition to develop a decentralized platform capable of ‘tracking unmanned air vehicles in flight and allocate traffic corridors and routes’ to ensure secure transportation.

Mastercard Wins a Patent to Link Cryptocurrency With Fiat Accounts

Mastercard has been granted a patent that grants it rights for a method for “managing fractional reserves of blockchain currency.”

With Mastercard’s latest patent, we’re getting closer to using our cryptocurrency credit cards to purchase goods. According to the filing, the method addresses the storing of both fiat and cryptocurrencies under one profile. This means, as a user, you’d have two linked accounts with your bank — one for your fiat wealth, and one for crypto.

Crowdfunding Platform StartEngine Now Accepts Bitcoin💡

✅StartEngine, a U.S. based equity crowdfunding platform, has announced that it has started accepting investment contributions in bitcoin. Founded in 2014, the company has launched various ICOs and has helped raise capital for more than 150 startups.

Prime Trust will not only store but also convert bitcoins into U.S. dollars, making it the first bank to support bitcoin and protect crypto investors, according to a statement from the firm. Using this feature, businesses can raise a maximum of $1.7 million per year.
