Why do you need the blockchain for this? Couldn't you just sell shares?
The blockchain talks directly with our investors. Whereas shares only talks through meetings, publications, documents - there is no direct relationship with the people who are investing in us. We want our valued investors to be involved too, and they can help sell our products and services, take our technologies to various countries - give feedbacks on improvements, and what we can do better to keep ahead of others..
The reason I did not get involved with bitcoin in the early days, due to its affiliations with wrong stuffs.. but on discovering the blockchain technology, I believe there are many more benefits to be had, which including getting rid of corruptions.. hence our services are direct.. there's is no middlemen taking the benefits.. it is our investors benefits.
Once the scams, shillings, hypes are fixed and people get real deals on investment opportunities - then the blockchain technology will evolve to change the future of many things.. it is bringing the true power of people through internet! so we do not want to be miss out on it.. There is still a small element of who is popular wins - but it may improve over time.
Finally, we want to be part of getting everything regulated on the blockchain area, so getting involved early also makes lots of commercial sense. Hence for us, timing is perfect!
