1. I did a graph of my received merits, and I exported it as an image.
I then pasted the generated link in the usual syntax to post images on the forum. It worked for a few hours, I even dreamt about an "always updated" image.
But after a while the link stop working and I got the bitcointalk "missing file" warning.
Is there a way to directly link a graph as an image on a post?
Im not sure which option you used to export the image. I normally just print the screen (which places it on the clipboard) and paste into paint, saving the image there as a png file which I then upload to imgur.
Before doing the above, I make sure that all nodes are represented, by manually matching the number of nodes above the graph to the number of maximum nodes (otherwise, it wont display all the nodes on the chart). I also often press F11 to start with, so as to maximize the image.
The graph can be included in a website, but not to an image if you dont capture it
I use the download button (downward pointing arrow, save as image) then I copy and paste code in the usual syntax.
Here you go:

Now it is still working ( Apr. 1st, 20.37 GMT) it might get offline sooner or later....
Even so, the above is at TX level and not post level. Tomorrow I can give it a go at sorting by Post and Merits if you need it.
I dont NEED it.
I NEED to know more about Bitcoin, but I can live without merit sorting post.
I know your time is valuable, I think if it is more than half an hour work to have it done, you can forgo that.
Thanks
