The strategy is very simple - marketing, marketing and marketing. Since there are too many projects out there, this is only strategy possible.
The softcap isn't that large - 9M tokens. Here is the calculation - if theoretically we reach the softcap during the pre-sale (with 50% bonus), that would be only 6M only tokens sold. It gives us 7.5k ETH, which is sufficient to successfully complete the project.
