Hi nimogsm, we have decided to keep anonymous the identity of the team for security reason, sylon have nda with us and could contact the authority in case we would run with money like so many did in last 6 months

First stage is to hit softcap , then we will start to send applications to smaller exchanges since fees to the bigger are out of range for now but also won't list us until the project is running. By going that way we expect to be listed faster and open trade for people on the markets. We will try bigger target later but no point by waisting any time to try to be listed right away on bittrex, binance ,bitfinex and other really huge exchange.

Why Quake Mining has two bounty threads, one of which is a bounty manager by Sylon, it started today, but I seem to see there is another thread, it started a few days ago, please explain it all？

you have the right to your own opinion; if we scam our bounty manager contact authority to reveal our identity since we have nda with him and know the identity. But I will tell you one thing more if you are on bitcointalk for  a while you would know that a bounty manager like sylon don't promote scam but also his fees are not something a scam would be interested,  trust me. But again feel free to bash on us as we cant have the approbation of 100% of people and we understand this.
