Hey guys: be careful when buying from somebody who claims to offer huge amount of Nxt for a reduced price.
You should first ask him/her to prove his/her ownership, and then start trading using a known trusted escrow.

None of these "sellers" followed through.  I wonder if that's reason to leave a negative trust?

It is no reason. Only if both parties agreed to make a deal. he just posted an offer, that is not binding in any way.

Also the 0.00004 offer was ridiculous, the BTER price was never correct.
