There is NxtChg.com or that Ripple Gateway thing.

I'm releasing version 1.1. of my Windows NXT client (still no personal account management, NTX transfer options in it or anything that needs your account secret).

Changed for v1.1:

• Fixed a large memory leak
  
• Added aliases in block chain explorer
• Faster program startup, since Blockain Explorer data is now loaded the first time you access the BC Explorer tab
• Added support for HTTPS connection to NRS. Default NRS API URL is now "https://127.0.0.1:7875"
• Added logging capabilities (not yet utilized thoroughly)

If you previously tried v1.0, please overwrite all existing files, with the files in this zip archive.

There has been a reports of problem with DGEX. Taking forever to transfer NXT or BTC problems, etc.  But that is NXT major exchange for the time being. Until NxtChg or some of the major exchanges pick up Nxt.

NxtChg.com probably will be a good option in few days/weeks. Still little volume.

I don't like ripple gateway :/
