Version Changelog

V1.1 (12/11/2013) -- Minor release, not mandatory
- Added Seed servers.
- Compiled with UPNP on.
- Changed graphics.
- Fixed some incorrect Strings.
- Zip file contains readme and dogecoin.conf file for copying.

V1.2 (12/19/2013) -- Minor release, not mandatory
- Added Dedicated Seed node, pointing to known super nodes.
- Changed the number of IRC channels from 1 to 50. This means as more people adopt this release, the syncing problems will be less of an issue.
- Fixed a bug that only allowed the maximum send of 84,000,000 coins at once, for you dogeillionaries out there.
- Fixed more strings.
- Fixed some doc.

V1.3 (12/25/2013) -- MANDATORY UPDATE
- Fixes dust issue, avoids microtransaction attacks on blockchain
- MAKE SURE YOU UPDATE, ISSUES MAY BE ENCOUNTERED IF YOU STAY ON AN EARLIER VERSION

FIXED! Commands like 'getmininginfo' crash on certain versions of windows. Client still works, but cannot use particular commands. Working on a fix, if someone is good at compiling QTs for windows please message me.
If someone can help me with this I will provide a 200,000 DOGE Bounty.
