For me, it is not advisable to give sig campaign to newbies espcially those newbies dont have the knowledge to this forum's rules it can only cause spam to the community and aside from that most of the sig campaign accepting newbies often not succeed.
You're right and besides this newbie's are getting dependent, they should learn from their own experiences. We can actually help one another here by giving little details but not actually all the informations they actually needed and besides in my own opinion they should probably work it on their own because we all start from the beginning.
