Yep it is very possible, but take a look what will be the sevices offered by the company, as of now the most common service is escrow funding as well as mining, but that would take a lot of efforts and money as well.

I think this is already been done there're exchanges, then there're consulting firms that advise you to invest in bitcoins. Then we already have firm selling mining equipment and firms that pay salary in bitcoins.
