This website has been made by SEC to show how ICOs can easily scam you, funny that Theymos is posting that. 

I like this one, it´s learning by experience, very nice explained all the red flags. And I must say that this fake ICO is little bit similar to some ICOs that were recommended by McAffee

I think this is a new but promising project. the obstacle is the number of similar competitors of the HoweyCoin project, all offering great service. who's the good luck. For HoweyCoin, what unique services to travel?
