If you're mining before you've downloaded the blockchain anything you find will be orphaned blocks already found by other people.

Net rate is increasing, is it because of dropped diff?

Something strange is happening with the diff; the change came 30 blocks early, and was double of what was expected.

From what I've seen from other poolerino pools, this is not normal behavior. Is the net hashrate on the pool reliable Mike? It feels like there is a lot more hashpower at work here than we can see.

Nice reminder for our miners and everybody out there:

1) DONT USE SAME USERNAME IN POOLS AS IN FORUMS!
2) DONT USE SAME USERNAME + PW IN DIFFERENT POOLS!
3) DONT USE STUPID 1234 AS A PIN!
4) READ 1-4 AGAIN LOUD !

Sorry for shouting. It grinds my gears seeing ppls wallet addresses getting changed and they lose lots of work.

Use an open source tool to store your passwords. Both of the below integrate with dropbox for sync and allow you to use random passwords for everything you do.
