Once you get a block explorer up it would also be a good idea to publicize the address that holds the pre-mine funds, as well as transactions being made so people can see how it's being used etc. More peace of mind = better when dealing with a coin that has a pre-mine. Just my BTC.02

Community forums are up and running (http://www.noblecoin.info/forums/) as well as login/registration. I do like bitcointalk, but feel free to use us. Any requests for particular forums please shoot my way (I will add more over the coming days for the Network, Marketplace, etc.)

I'd add the standard subforums such as Announcements/Dev, Mining Discussion, Trading, Services, and localized non-english subforums etc.
