Make no mistake, Decentralised public blockchains like Bitcoin and DigiByte cannot be banned out of existence. The reasons behind their creation hold true today as much as they ever did and there will only be more people that become aware. Public scrutiny is paramount to the integrity of a blockchain, without it you will never be certain of this. If regulation means someone can make up some more Bitcoin or DigiByte to replace the BTC or DGB that was allegedly stolen, we dont want that kind of regulation
