How do I load a wallet.dat backup on a new computer ?

I had the UTC client on my main computer, which i deposited alot of coins to over the past few week or so. I did "backup wallet" and saved the backup .dat file to my USB drive.

I downloaded the UTC wallet program on my computer at work, ran it and let it synch with network. I closed it, put the wallet.dat file in the directory, and its not showing my coins.

Do I need to import it in some way?

I did send some UTC to your one but it was all dumpers so I pulled them back out.

Yeah I bought about 1400.

These 'cheap' prices are still 6x what people paid for the pre-mine. Not a bad return really so not surprised people are happy to sell at this price.

which directory did you put it in? if the correct directory, there would have already been a wallet.dat that you would have to overwrite

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\ultracoin
