 No way. My theory is that they figured out it far more lucrative to turn them into Masternodes, that's why they've closed trading. Scarcity is really starting to get noticeable, so they're holding onto their Dash before they all run out

i can only send 1,2,3...n   

 I think that is an iPhone 4 bug. Not entirely sure. I have the same issue.

No pumps or other manipulation leads to inevitable market stagnation. True 95% of the time according to my observations of crypto.
