I'm pretty sure we won't need to worry about all these centralised exchanges in a years time because the quorum system and the masternode network will allow us to have our own decentralised exchange, which will be more secure and trust worthy than anything the centralised competition can offer.
Want to know more about quorum technology ->
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quorum_(distributed_computing)The problem with decentralized exchanges is that some entity must have a bank account in order to do the Fiat > Crypto or Crypto > Fiat conversion. In the future, if we can close the loop and lessen the Crypto > Fiat trades, then a decentralized exchange might have a chance. But a decentralized entity cannot set up a bank account to convert to/from fiat.
The decentralized Bitcoin exchange is coming, and will accept DASH
https://bitsquare.ioNice.
Bitsquare is designed to be:
Decentralized there is no single point of failure.
Safe Bitsquare never holds your funds.
Instantly accessible no need for approval from a central authority.
Private -no one except trading partners exchange personally identifying data. Open every aspect of the project is transparent.
Easy we take usability seriously.
The thing is, how do you know you're not dealing with some undercover government agent? It's ok, if your country has no rules against trading like this, but I don't even know what the rules are for me in the USA?
qwizzie, I think the fiat is like the item you buy on ebay. it has to arrive before the coin is cleared
I hope we get a crypto only exchange where trading partners never know eachother. It's simply done automatically. This is one of the things I've been hoping the Masternode network would be used for.
