Maybe most of that 456.5K amount is from Cryptsy themself ? bought in an early stage to maintain Dash liquidity on their exchange ?
They have been trading Dash a long time, from the very beginning i think ? Or maybe its from those first miners that mass dumped
the coin early on or after the first big pump  ?

Maybe I was wrong with my objection a while back to that blockchain budget proposal.

I prefer a 10% budget to a 10% premine... at least then the dev has to keep working to keep getting paid...

I must say I'm at a loss to understand this rally - it has taken me by surprise.

I mean, not in terms of justification by  fundamentals, but the apparent suddenness and scale of demand. I don't understand what's the sudden scramble. Is it really that Cryptsy dump thing ? Miami ? The masternode network success ? They've all been around for a while.

Maybe I just don't recognise my own analysis. I remember posting here that one side-effect of Dash's "secondary market" was to remove a lot of the resistance that would normally be there from previous dumps in the event of the next revaluation upwards.

(P.S. As we speak, I've discovered a new feature on my cryptowatch market "consule" - it's started peeping away every half hour because the price seems to keep blowing through a load of alarm stops that have been there for months unknown to me !)

P.P.S. The rise does seem to co-incide with the Dash campaign on dailydecrypt. Thank god nobody listened to my toxic rant at new year and voted to fund that
