What has DASH actually implemented that is real world and real time beyond the projects, plans and promises (a handful of ice cream stand merchants don’t count as meaningful examples) that DigiByte hasn’t?

But don't expect to much outcome from your CPU - Dash is mined with ASICs since a few months.
