Have you watched Seibert's Dash scam expose interview yet? It's very damning. One red flag after another. No investor with a lawyer would touch Dash after listening.

Thanks I do have a great life...I'm blessed really. I've known Jeff for many years. He's one of the most knowledgeable coders I know and I've known him since high school.
He is a very respected member of the business community here as is his wife and run a very successful and exlusive IT company here. I think that was a bit of a hack job, as Jeff's position is as a developer and not on the DASH business and more specifically the legal team. Personally, if I was Jeff I would have deferred the questions for further research to answer the questions posed. I'll reach out to him tomorrow to encourage him to have that interview be very well reviewed and analyzed, which I'm sure the core dev team already have, and then have someone from the legal team come back online to answer those question properly.
Asking a programmer/coder about the finer points of law in a different country is a hack job and you know it.
But we live and learn and come back way better prepared.
