It seems only thing used in Venezuela is a copy of DASH whitepaper. That is what you get if your coin have zero innovation. I wonder who will be accused now that such outrages things are happening.
It seems that Febo (a Monero fanatic) is in fact so worried about Dash progress in Venezuela, that he fell back to his old trolling habits and decided to troll the Dash ANN thread again.
That is just sad really, as it clearly shows his inability to learn and move on and also shows that the saying "once a troll, always a troll" has merit.
