Multipools are killing darkcoin

darkcoin doesn't halve. It has DGW, which automatically adjusts block payout with difficulty. The minimum is 5 drk per block

Dumpers are selling, nothing to do with multipools as there not enough mined coins per day for pools to have an effect.

The coin doesn't half. It uses a different dispersion model that slowly tapers the coin production down year by year.

It's a genius distribution model. (probably because the main dev has experience in the financial industry and understands basic economics)

Basically it creates a nice deflationary currency with a nice deflationary curve.

google is your friend. We had some issues when compiling for ozziecoin. It is situation dependent. Suggest you downgrade to 12.10 or 12.04 if you have problems.

yes , downtrend is more due to dumping than multipools selling there coins.

I've downgraded to 12.04 for my rig. Everything works and it will be supported to 2018.
