Otoh, I've not seen someone with Activity 1260 before and I've never really understood why the last dot is partially green.

Legendary status is just posting on a lot of different threads over time I expect, not sure.
As my profile shows I joined the forum in June 2011, after hearing about BTC from the wired article on TSR, I bought my first coins in August and watched them fall in value for the rest of the year, ie this was in September 2011:

That was in interesting read, I always enjoy reading historical conversations about Bitcoin in it's infancy, especially with hindsight goggles on.
