I personally visited Jack at his factory last week to order some miners which are being shipped back home to Australia.
I popped into Shenzhen as I'm travelling China for a month, and boy was I glad I did. For those stressing, rest assure your orders will come through. I've seen his setup, he's got the inventory and he's got a great team behind him. The man is BUSY! His phone goes off non-stop ... and there were DHL slips galore. There's still a lot of manual handling occurring there, give it time and he should be able to streamline his operation. Happy mining

Thanks for this Information. I know, Jack is very busy, but I'm waiting for a long time for confirmation of my payment and any information. The problem is, if you never known, what is the thing, that's makes you crazy.
I'll hope, Jack can me write a mail with the confirmation of my payment and the Tracking-ID.
