How to create your conf file:

I unlocked my wallet in order to mint the POS stake but instead of that I got:

Ok so how am I supposed to redownload the blockchain and also, must I use the new wallet as I am still using the old one and if yes, where to download it from?

Yes, you need the new wallet, always want the new wallet (maybe give it a couple of days incase of bugs).
