feeling kind dumb and need a little help. had a computer crap out over a year ago. happened after split...so I have some pre split ethand some eth from after spit. never made a back up of my wallet, but I can access old hard drive that has an etherium folder on it.
looking thru folder I don't see wallet.dat file?

what would be best way to proceed to get eth balance into active wallet ....also the etc

do I just down load latest veersion of each wallet and load necessary files

Ethereum is rocking. It is growing day by day and get stronger.

We cannot say if the price would rise steadily but one thing for sure that this coin is worth to hodl with since vitalik itself are dong some great job for creating this one.

Im doubting for the past years i didn't hodl some since the price back before is pretty much low and look what happens now we surely earn huge unto it if we just believe in this coin and not throwing some oppurtunities.

Maybe i would hodl my other alts and let see if i would earn huge from this and who knows we will become wealthy from our hoarding habit  .

With the emergence of eth based tokens, the demand is rising.I believe ETH would be 0.5 btc by the end of this year

look for folder called "keystore", the files in that are the wallets.

Ethereum is standing strongly by holding its floor against Bitcoin. There may be some smaller drop but overall I don't see anything to be be worried about my Ethereum. Bitcoin was being discussed to go through correction for few days and that day has come finally. Bitcoin will be back and Ethereum will be much more worth in fiat again.
