It's not the question of "different degree of risk". It's equal risk future in 6 months isn't clear. What you are saying is that things that encourage more IPO frauds and scams should get more shares. See what what happened here:

The whole IPO drama should be shut on this forum, unless there are safety precaution included (like must be escrow based).
This is not a question of "risk" but it's a question of criminal of offence (stealing money), and I think if this continues even when the "bitcointalk.org" owners know most of these IPOs are fraud, "bitcointalk.org" owners themselves can be accesory to crime.

u think I am saying. Risk after six months might be equal, risk right now clearly is not.
I dont think bitcointalk owners are omniscient , there is no way we can blame them for our actions.
I am concerned about this present IPO, in which there are two ways to invest. one more risky then the other.
What u want to discuss is in the future, what I am stating is for this IPO. We are talking about two different things .
