We present to your attention the HashRentalCoin system (HARC).
HashRentalCoin is a cryptocurrency developed especially for fast and safe,
and most importantly convenient trading operations with a users' hashrate.
The main difference between the HARC operations system and existing hash
exchange systems, such as Nicehash or Mininrigrentals is the ability to rent
masternode by your hashrate, which allows you to run the early-ready
product right from the start of the chain.

1. HARC masternode rent by user's hashrate.
In this service the multisend function is using to send the reward received
by masternode in exchange for a hashrate.
If the miner disconnected from the network, the sending of awards also
ceases for the time being. In case of a long absence, the masternode is
come back to the exchange.
At the same time, it is possible to rent masternode together (share MNs)
with an award division of the between tenants.
This function will be available from the start of the main network.
2. Trading hashrate contracts which are similar to existing services (like Nicehash) will be
available from the launch of the full version of the HARCmarket site.

HARC is a coin designed especiall for trading operations with a hashrate that
means all the parameters are selected according to the user's maximum
convenience.
For investors, HARC is a convenient tool which allows you to earn income
from the mining of the most interesting and promising coins, without
reference to a specific one.
In this case, the system of masternode leasing for a hashrate excludes
fraudulent manipulation, and also allows you to quickly switch to the MN
contractor of interest.

In order to support interest in the HARC system, in masternode rental and
what is also important for stabilization of the HARC coin rate, we intend to
use part of the HARC network masternodes in Buy-Back mode.
Development team will launch 10 masternodes at the first month of work.
From early beginning, these MNs are going to be available for a rent by
users hashrate.
At the end of each month all coins mined by these MNs (by rental hashrate) are going to be
used for buying HARC coins.

There will be 120000 HARC total that will allow to function 60 MNs.
1. Pre-sale. 20 MNs.
It will be performed before the main network is launched.
The purpose of a presale is to receive funds for the finalization of the main
network, site and first PR campaigns. Also, these funds will be spent on the release of an
initial HARC client for the lease of MNs for a hashrate.
2. Sale. 20 MNs.
It will start with the launch of the main network (approximately 8-12 hours
after launch). These funds will be used for HARC listing at main exchanges,
adding in MN-rating sites (like Masternodes-online) and other rating sites,
and also for development of own MN-sharing service with future integration
with the HARC market.
3. "Buy-Back". 10 MNs.
Will be available for rent from the start of the network.
All funds received by mining at these Masternodes (by renting hashrate) will be spent on the Buy-Back
program at the end of each month.
4. 10000 HARC. Reserved and will be used in advertising campaigns as a
bounty.
5. 10000 HARC. Reserved in the developers fund in case of unforeseen
expenses and also could be spent for advertising purposes.
