The blocks needs 80 confirmations from the network before being credited. It currently takes around 4 hours for a block to get confirmed, you will see your coins as confirmed as soon as the blocks are fully confirmed  

EDIT : I adjusted the block stats page to display the last 100 block instead of last 20, this should give more visibility on confirmations
