Bittrex has decided to differentiate itself from other exchanges by maintaining the highest standards. I still think it could be possible to revive this coin but Max Keiser would probably need to climb back on board and use this media platform to spread the word.

I thought this coin died ages ago. I guess another year of death spiraling will surly kill it. Even if Max did his dog and pony show again I doubt it would do much for this coin. Its just a coin without any kewl tech that the likes of Eth,Waves,Lisk,etc. have.

Yeap it did. They're trying to make u think it's alive and kicking while laughing through their teeth. I was one of them, one of the early contributors, and had a fair amount of max but due to cryptorush scam was deprived of greater part of my holdings. I contacted maxcoin community on reddit demanding to make me whole and guess what, they did.

There still seems to a some interest and volume on bleu. Would be something else if there was some sort of coin exchange and new offering in the works.. Max is a wiley wall street veteran; don't underestimate him.
