Will this platform available all over the world, or just some separate countries?

I really admire project like this but the real world application is tough.
So up until this platform works in a small community first, then, I would say this project needs a lot of effort to make this possible.
The team should establish their system in a specific community and show the benefits derived from it.
And then from that point, it would be easy to expand.

If this project will also be implemented here in the Philippines. I'm sure that the price of electricity here will be low cost.
