Do the pool owners get the source the same time we do?

yes we do so when its release we have to download and compile it, do last minute adjustments and start wallet, let it sync, and start stratum, so my guess is 10 to 20 minutes after we have the source will we be up and running

better mine this solo, i heard in Antartica all pools are frozen.

I'm surprised it's not "keyloggercoin" or "trojancoin".

i scanned it online on an isolated rig.. it's bad news. malware. do not download anything other then the dev's or op's official wallet, and scan qt file if compressed or .exe file if it's an installer on http://www.virustotal.com before running. always. on every coin you mine.
