Just for the records, that is not a plastic table, it is obvious you constantly want to make this project look bad by all means possible dropping derogatory statements which is unacceptable here. Put on your reading glasses, do your research properly before making comments here. As for company registration, this has not been done in Tenerife, because it will happen at the end of the crowdsale. Registration in ZEC area must be done after the crowdfunding, opening a local hub. This is why in the ZEC area is not permitted to do a crowdfunding action like this one, so they have to migrate there at the end of this phase.
Since you work is finding ICO projects that are scam, make time out to come pay visit to their Tenerife location or ask your informants to do same meet with the founders and see how the operation is carried out.
