yes everyone has this problem and admin apparently is fixing a backed- up email queue. still waiting myself but folk here got the email so have patience or switch pool.

Please follow the last page of the thread- we are having some issues with our outbound email.  To go a bit deeper, the problem we are having is with our outbound email relay.  We can change it to send email directly, but this will likely result in a lot of messages getting delivered into peoples SPAM folders instead of directly into their inboxes.   Myself and the other pool admin are working on getting the 1,000+ emails out of the queue as fast as possible.  In the meantime, if you are having issues setting your payout address or are locked out of your account, PLEASE either PM me with your account username AND email address, or if you wish to email directly please send mail to hashstrike@gmail.com.

We just fixed the email issue and the queue is processing now... you should be getting ALL your emails over the next 10-15 minutes, and from here on out.

you should edit your post and remove his details . incase he decides to do the smart move and removes his info. it will still show in your quote
