CodeXProtocol Vs 0xCertProtocol

0xCert is very similar to Codex, they want to register unique assets on the Blockchain. And a few weeks ago they talked for the first time about art. But they don’t have anyone with industry experience or connections and have no relationships with the art world. They don’t seem to have any adoption strategy for getting people in the A&C ecosystem to use them.
