Does the project has already Japanese anime producers and animators as supporters of the said project? Since the main project is Japanese subculture then there must be Japanese animators and people of the subculture who must be supporting this.
if it is in their interest to expand the Japanese subculture, then they will do it, because the project is mainly aimed at demonstrating the talents of unknown people
